泉州市环清再生资源有限公司创建于1994年，是专业性再生资源回收企业，是回收、生产加工、销售、自负盈亏的综合性再生企业，公司正加快推动回收网络体系的建设，使分拣加工中心网络化、布局化。以网络为基础、以资本为纽带，以项目为核心，以无害化和资源化为目标，建立再生资源回收利用网络，进而实现规模化、产业化、无害化、网络化、和现代化经营格局，为循环经济社会的可持续发展和生态环境保护贡献力量。到2012年为止公司拥有“泉州市分拣加工中心”、“南安市分拣加工及生产销售为一体的加工中心”。
公司在废塑料处理过程中做到了水循环利用、污水集中处理，日处理废旧塑料100吨，每回收利用一吨废塑料，可生产再生塑料800公斤，节能85%，节煤2吨，相当于节约石油117桶，节省增塑剂用玉米300公斤，降低生产成本70-80%，减少碳排放5吨多。公司已通过环保部门的环评验收，基本消除了二次污染。生产的再生聚酯瓶片为拉链厂、服装厂、纤维厂、塑钢带及人造大理石的主要原料配方，在推动绿色回收、规范经营、科学利用上作出了贡献。
